I ordered Dior Glossy Black sunglasses for my 23 year old daughter for Christmas on 12-16-09 after pounding the pavement in NYC at Bloomigdales, Saks, Lord and Taylor and Macys - they were sold out. I received an email from u the next day saying they would ship overnight at their expense to ensure Christmas delivery - and they did - with time to spare. Thank you !!!
