Truth be told, I am was very surprised at the experience I had with your site and my order process. The glasses I ordered were back ordered and were going to take longer than expected to receive. I was emailed right away and informed that I can call and work something out. The level of customer service I received far surpassed that of the mall stores I have dealt with. The issue was resolved and everything worked out perfectly. In fact if the sunglasses I received werent such good quality I would have ordered new glasses by now. 100% satisfaction and still in my bookmarks for when I need to order new sunglasses. Your website had my sunglasses and the pictures were clear and well displayed. Your website also had the best price I could find. When my credit card did not clear, the owner contacted me right away and I gave him an alternate card. I received the sunglasses quickly. The Chanel glasses were the best sunglasses I have ever purchased. They are 3 years old and I am constantly dropping them on the floor and they have never sratched or broke.
