I did this because I had purchased my first pair at Lenscrafters about six months previously and I loved them so much I wanted to get another pair to use when my first pair was "old" - usually 2-3 years later. I was told by Lensscrafters that they only kept certain exclusive styles in stock for 4-6 months and they would not be able to get them again. When I asked them where I might get the frames the manager of the Lenscrafters store wrote down the name and told me it was the best internet site around, bar none! So I took his recommendation and contacted for help. Was he correct!! While youdid not have them in stock they were exceptionally helpful and sourced them for me at a great discount. I purchased this very expensive but discounted frame as well as additional other frames because I was so pleased helpfulness, selection and pricing. I recommended them subsequently to all my friends and family and give them a 10 out of 10 stellar rating for delivering great product value at a great price with exceptional customer service.
